As a Personal Trainer, my focus is on the physical how. I use my expertise in exercise science to design personalized, safe, and effective workout programs. I'm there to assess your current fitness level, teach you proper form to prevent injury, and provide the motivation and accountability needed to push your physical limits and achieve your fitness goals.
As a Wellness Coach, my role is more holistic, addressing the why and the mindset behind lasting change. I look at all areas of your life—including sleep, stress management, nutrition, and relationships—to help you identify obstacles and develop the intrinsic motivation and healthy habits required for overall well-being. I act as a supportive mentor, guiding you to set meaningful goals and empowering you to make sustainable behavioral changes.
